Add new field in Position form part

Hi, I want to add new fields in ESS > My team >Position Formpart, when i add any new field, its label not displaying and field added at vey bottom of the for part ( i tried to use MOVE feature but not working). is there any way i can change its xml by exporting it and re-import it with desired changes?

Here is actual requirement:

1. Add field with proper label
2. Place this field b/w two existing fields.

Hi Muhammed,

If you see form part then Label is created separate and its value.

1. Create a FromStaticTextControl - Define your label/Text

2. Create a formRealControl or FormIntegerControl based on your need.

Once this is done then you can build the project/solution

And check again.

It should work. Let me know if you have any issues.

Hey Afsar. Have you tried personalizing the page by going to Settings -> Personalize. From there you can create a new field and insert it in the form where you would like to insert.

Hi Parag, the issue i face related to D365 HR/Talent SaaS instead of D365 F&O HR.

Sorry for the confusion.

MssPositionFormPart is still based on the D365 F&O structure. If you insert the field in the D365 HR form It will only show value but not label.

I am not sure whether there is any limitation with FormPart in D365 HR.

Parag, are you saying if i add field in F&O MssPositionFormPart, it will automatically picked up in D365 HR?

In Addition, You can do one thing. Once the field is inserted in the form. Click on personalize and use Move feature.

There can be some limitations of personalization with FormPart. You can create a support request.
