Credit Card Security Code registration

Hi, I can enter a credit card in customer card but I dont see any where to enter the security code how go with it. I see a cell call verified then I can think it's for that but, this cell is lock I can't write in.

Where do we suppose to enter this information?

Hello,

Per PCI Data Storage guidelines you cannot electronically store the CVC from a credit card.

Thank you Chris, I undestand the restriction. In order to process the payment Charge Logic will not asking this? Or he proceed it without? If not, that mean I will need to note this information somewhere in order to process the payment each time for this customer.

I don't actually know how this works, you may want to check with Charge Logic on this. A method must exist where you are able to charge a customer that you already have a relationship with though... as this is a common practice for most online retailers.

Hi JF Robidas,

To my knowledge, there is no out-of-the-box credit card functionality in Dynamics 365 for Financials whereby you can add or store credit card information on the Customer card.

I assume you are either using an app/extension installed from AppSource, or perhaps you are thinking of Dynamics 365 for Sales or Dynamics 365 for Operations?

If it is an app that you've installed, I would suggest contacting the app publisher / vendor for an answer to this question.

Yes, FYI, I use Charge Logic to I add by Market Place extension to proceed it. I don't know if it's a add-on they do when you adding them, on the Customer card we have Credit Card Icon to enter the information.
