CRM Upgrade from V8.2 to V9 on premise - Changing NAV Integration with existing accounts

Hi All,

After a bit of advice please on best practice.

We are intending to upgrade our version 8.2 database, which is on premise to version 9.

We currently integrate with CRM using the native NAV method, so therefore have existing accounts.

When we upgrade we will be taking a back up of the live server and deploying this as the new version 9 system .

Therefore the URL used to connect to NAV will break and therefore the connection the existing accounts.

What is the best method of reconnecting these?

A lot of work has been done on the existing accounts, so there is no option of starting fresh.
