My client is asking and I've never seen this:
Do you know why after a while I lose the ability to drill down to the detail in reports? It seems after so many days of a report being run that I can’t drill down to the last detail level and I have to re-run the report to be able to get to the detail. Is there a setting somewhere that is causing this?

If your client is using the Management Reporter Data Mart, they will lose drill down capability if they delete the ManagementReporterDM sql database as part of the steps to rebuild the DataMart.
If they are rebuilding the datamart, they should rebuild from PowerShell.
