We have recently had an error occur with our cube data unable to update. Following review of the error report generated this was due to the creditor account field within the creditor maintenance screen being completed incorrectly. We are unsure as to whether there is a limit to the number of characters allowed within the field or as a consequence of an e-mail address being entered containing '@'.
Has this been experienced by anybody else? Is anybody aware of the correct format of this field?
