Hide Particular customers for a certain security role usersa0

Is this possible to hide the specific customers in All Customers form and the other forms wherever that customer is used, for a ceratin security role users?

For Example, customer id 001 is needs to hide from All Customers form and Invoice Journal Form, and so on, wherever that customer id is used.

If possible, how can we achieve this?

Which is the best method to achieve this?

Hi,

You can have a look at the Global address book security which is an implementation based on Extensible data security.

This is a feature from AX2012 that is not moved yet to Dynamics 365, but I provided in a blog how to reinstate the feature: About reinstating global address book security in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Dynamicspedia
