How to stop users from seeing Resource Pins on the Schedule Board Map

Dispatchers benefit from seeing the exact location of a Resource  on the Schedule Board Map. Some other users (say Field Service Engineers) need to access the schedule board but not be able to display map pins for the Resources for data privacy reasons. Any suggestions how this can be done?

    Unfortunately, this feature is not currently supported on the schedule board.
     
    There are similar ideas proposed by users in the ideas forum.

    How to stop users from seeing Resource Pins on the Schedule Board Map
    I have managed to do this via Column Level Security on the Resource's user record. I have applied CLS to address 1 Fields, Composite Address 1, Latitude and Longitude and this works.
