Marketing page - Properies and Toolbox disppear

I'm working with some code for the marketing pages. I'm late to the project and this code has been supplied by a third party.

Whenever I enter the template code into the marketing page, the toolbox and properties boxes at the right hand side disppear and aren't available for me to add things to the template.

This is done whenever I either use a template or paste the code directly in.

Is there a reason why this occurs?

Hello Lee,

Try saving the record an reloading it to see if you get the toolbox on right side after saving the record.

Also, is this online version or Onpremise?
