ReportOur stores always submit issues for the offline stock discrepancy.
We found it always caused by the RMS transfer out function from offline stock.
The operation step like blow,
1. create transfer out order in the offline stock and confirmed.
2. Come back to transfer out main form and click send goods button
3. Select the article from offline article list, in this screen, the same article could duplicate select.
for example,
in the offline article list, we have 3 artilce,
line 1, article A quantity 1
line 2, article A quantity 1
line 3, article B quantity 1
when we select article, We could select line 1 twice for the article A, and line 3 many times for the transfer out order.(actually, we just want to transfer out article A 2, article B 1)
After we confirm the order, We check the RMS system offline stock , the article A in offline exist 1 stock(caused by we just select line 1).
Is it the bug for the RMS transfer out from offilne, any solution to fix it?
