Hi all ,

is it possible to give Administrator Right to AX user by Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Management shell ??

please help how to do that

    "Give Administrator Right to AX user by Management shell" - Private projects not visible is unrelated. Close the already too long discussion, since the original question is already answered and you do have an Administrative user!

    Thanks , i am successful to create new userid but i am not able to see previous User projects (Private project). I am able to see only Project Name not any objects inside . Can you please suggest how can i see his private project?

    An AX UserId is a different thing from your Active Directory user name (network alias). When I import my user in a wizard, I am able to provide a new userid. Also when I manually create the record in the users' list.

    I cannot give you a full comprehensive list of tables I am afraid, you could try cross-references maybe. But I still recommend choosing simply just a new AX userid.

    1.  i have to create same User as previous so how can i give different UserId ?

    2. what are the other tables where i can clean records for same userId?

    If you delete from SQL, obviously if you have not cleaned up records from all related tables, trying to re-insert the same value will fail on the unique indexes...

    Provide a different UserId during record creation, problem solved. Or clean up the other tables' contents for the same userid
