I have a question regarding Budget Reservation in the public sector.
can we link the budget reservation document, with existing PR line from the budget reservation screen
how I can link the Budget Reservation line with a procurement category , knowing that the field is there but it is un editable

Hello Ryyan,
I understand that you are wondering why you are not able to link a Purchase Requisition to a General Budget Reservation with Reservation Type of Purchase Requisition. General Budget Reservations are tied to the lines of the Document that you would like to relieve the Reservation.
Since you are Creating a Purchase Requisition, you would need to add the General Budget Reservation to the line of the PR in the Line Details fast tab in the Details tab and select the GBR.
Note that only GBRs that have a Type of Purch Req will only be available for selection on the Purch Req.
Going back to your question, you will only be able to select the Purchase Requisition when the General Budget Reservation Type is Purchase Order or Vendor Invoice. The GBR will not be affected by being assigned to the Purch Rec, that field is more of a Reference.
