Hi,

Could you please tell me if Dynamics 365 for Marketing (the Marketing automation tool released begining of this year) is available on premise Dynamics 365 v9.0 or not. What about the AI services and Forms Pro - are these available on premise

Dynamics 365 for Marketing is available for Dynamics 365 online only.

And its integration with Forms Pro is planned for October 2019, you could see release notes for more information:
