Hi,
I have accidentally deleted one of the status reason in quote entity.
Is there any way to add it back with same value ?
Urgently looking for a solution.

If it's one of the default values, try adding it directly to the customizations.xml maybe.. Create a new solution, add quote entity, export.. extract everything to a folder.. update customizations.xml.. then create another zip file and import it back.
Yes, you can add it back, by default you may see a different value initially there but for status reason you can't edit initially value, so once you added item back create one solution and just include quote entity and only statusreason field (to make it easy) and export it->unzip solution->edit customization file and change value for this optionset back to to original value (which it was initially before deletion). Import your solution back and publish your changes.
