Dear Experts,

We are unable to add the attachment in NAV sales order ... required permission I have added on user ids. I have marked the attachment permission in given below screenshot. Please help me to resolve it. Super user are able to add the attachment in sales order. but other user is not able to do this activity. Several time I am using my ids to add the attachment in sales order.

We are using NAV 2016 version.

Hello,

Please record yourself performing this action with a new permission set. You will then see what objects are touched in order to perform the task. This is how I create my new permission sets for tasks. There is definitely more than 4 objects needed to do this action in the system.

Are you referring to the Links or creating an incoming document? can you attach the screenshot of the action you are using to attach the documents to the sales order?

If it is for links you need the BASIC permission which includes the Record Link table.

Thank you for your kind reply, I am not talking about link....it is related to incoming document files(fact box).

Please help on these critical issue.

I will be thankful if someone can give resolution on these.
