How to download tracked emails & attachments

I am trying to download the tracked emails & attachments for a portion of our organization that is no longer using Dynamics so that we have a record of previous emails. I've looked around and haven't been able to figure out how to get emails & attachments. I've seen hints that it could be done with Kingswaysoft, but I haven't been able to find enough details to figure out a solution.

It looks like that would get me attachments. I'm still a bit confused on how Dynamics stores tracked emails and if this would pull emails as well as email attachments. The emails I'm specifically looking for are emails tracked in the Outlook app
