Organisation Insights - Not loading properly

i have organisation insights installed version 1.3.1.0, a lot of the views/charts/dashboards are hanging and not loading any data. Some charts dont load like they should, all squashed up. Reports etc never load.

Is this a common issue with a fix?

We faced this issue, atleast there was a workaround in chrome to load the charts when we click the left navigation icon 2nd time.

Still search/filter was broken. MS gave us a new version of org insights which is a stand alone page from sitemap unlike earlier dashboard.

Then you need to call Microsoft. It works fine on most I have worked with.

Multiple browsers, multiple CRM instances, even different tenants.

Hi,

I just checked the service and found nothing abnormal in Organization Insights. Does this issue happened on specified browser? It's more suggested to raise a ticket to ask MS CRM Engineer for remoting issue validation.

Does this happen to all users including Sys admin and on all browsers?
