    Hi,

     you might use KingswaySoft connector:

    www.kingswaysoft.com/.../destination

     (look for N:M there)

     Or you can use custom code - here is a non-SSIS example, but you should be able to adopt it for SSIS

    community.dynamics.com/.../advanced-development-associate-n-n-records-using-c-in-dynamics-crm-2013-2015-which-is-the-best-way
