Is Enterprise portal license Mandatory?

Hi Experts,

I am working on the only Accounts payable module.Is it Mandatory to have the Enterpise portal Licence? Could any one please suggest me.

    HI Subashini,

    it's to granting different access rights to allow user access what you need to perform your activities.

    Checked menu propertity "MaintainUserLicense" is Enterprise ,and "ViewUserLicense" is Universal.

    (Checked in D365，you can check it in AX)
