Integration user

Hi

While I'm trying to setup the integration between Business Central and dynamics 365 sales, my understanding that i need 2 users:

CRM admin 

CRM Non-interactive user for the integration.

It's strange that I was able to complete the integration without the setup asking about the integration user. it did ask only for CRM admin to get the consent.

    Hello,

    The admin user is only needed to import the solution. After that the synchronization user should be a non interactive user. Strange issues can happen with the synch if this is an active user.

    I got this that's why I'm asking the question: it did not prompt for the integration user. it did ask only for the administrator.

    I would not even care if all work fine but I noticed new customization such as customer statistics is missing in CRM even though the 2 BC solutions are there under solutions

    Hello,

    The Assisted Setup won't change the user to non-interactive. Maybe that is a good suggestion to be raised via https://aka.ms/bcideas . If there is an admin user that can import the solution, it can also be used to change the user to non-interactive. Maybe this is not possible because the integration user cannot do this for himself.
