Completely remove approved leave requests from the system?

Hi all,

Been having a few issues with removing approved leave requests from the system. Updating the request amount to zero doesn't actually remove the request from the system, and deleting the leave request record using the Excel add-in doesn't seem to actually remove it.

Is there another way to do this, or will this potentially be added in the future?

Hi Ciara,

you need to delete it from PowerApps. I recently posted a blog on something similar. please take a look here talent.asgcrm.com/.../.

In my post I talk about changing from hours to days units, but the steps to get there are the same. the data has to be deleted first.
