An unexpected error occurs on opening account

 HI

I upgraded my company CRM. 
When I open "Account" will facing an Unexpected error, but it not happen to all account record.

does anyone have any idea how it happen?
Because from the error. I cant guess where is the problem.

this screen does not have any custom JS.

    Hello,

    Can you try creating a new Form for Account entity and check if you get the same error on the new form or not? This may require a server side trace for a detailed investigation and for this I would suggest you to raise a service request with Microsoft Support.

    Also, I see an error on 'LazyLoadProcess'. May I know what this 'Lazy' is? Is it a field on a plug-in that's ruunin on the Account entity?

    thank you.

    i not sure what is 'LazyLoadProcess', i think is CRM standard function.

    i just found how it happen.

    it is caused by merge field value is null in account table.

    after i update null value to zero.

    the problem is solved.
