I had this error message (An error occured while processing the request. <"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.", "The operation has timed out"> {36AA65EF-212A-4492-8557-9583B4AAAE4C}) in the test environment while launching the report definition. However, I'm able to launch the report definition in the production environment. What do I need to do? Thanks.
Try to restart the finance app services. That might help sometime.
