Base unit and pricing

Posted on by 95

Hello,

This is how I setup my products and pricing:

UNIT GROUP: Products by Weight

Base unit: 1 Kg

Additonal units: Small Pail (5kg) and Large Pail (10kg)

PRICE LIST: RETAIL PRICE LIST (for all retail customers)

PRICE LIST ITEMS: PRODUCT 1 (Small Pail)

What I would like to accomplish is that set up a base price for the smallest unit (base unit) kg for example and, I want D365 to calculate the price based on the qty selected for each price list item.

For example: If I set the price at $20 per kg and select the small pail. Price would automatically calcuate to $100 ($20 per kgx 5kg)

Is this possible? or should I set a different price for each size separately?

Thanks in advance.
