Portal Taking too much time to load in first request

Hi

any one having the issue that the first request will be made to the portal will take too much time (Up to 40 second) even if the page is blank page

after it's loaded the portal will be fast but the first One is bad (This Request the customer will judge your PORTAL)

    Hi Abdul,

    The suggestion I give with Azure Application Insights, you don't have to have access to the portal. You can just enter the url of the portal and App Insights will ping the portal from various locations in the world. Processing the ping request will keep the cache of your portal up to date.

    Hi Abdul,

    Sometines enabling the Page Tracking feature also cause the slowness of CRM Portals.

    I think it's region issue, the portal in Azure VM in France working Super Fast

    No i cannot, i don't have any access to the portal control panel in azure

    It could be that your site needs to warm after an IIS app pool recycle. This would only happen to the first person visiting after the recycle has happened.

    You could implement a warmup mechanisme. One you could use is Azure Application Insights and create a ping test: docs.microsoft.com/.../app-insights-monitor-web-app-availability. This should keep your site performant.

    Although I'm not sure if you are allowed to do this.

    Abdul, I am not facing any issues

    if you are facing this on a Production environment, you should try raising a ticket in Microsoft
