I am trying to populate a report for the above mentioned. I am needing to know what the format is for entering the date. I need everything after 12/31/22.

I don't know what you mean with "a report for the above mentioned". If this is referring to the title of the question, then it is not clear what this requirement is about.
If your question is only about what filter criteria to use for a date range, then you can use "01/01/2023.."
