BSS Units

Hi everyone.
 
Please assist with the BSS units on D365.

We have picked 20 boxes ALS050010PP (it is on backorder).

The system picked 1 box and 4 units which was available, however, when we invoiced this out, it only invoiced the 1 box and not the 4 single units.
 
Is this an issue that someone can assist with without us having to share any company information?

    I don't quite understand what you want to ask? Can you first explain what is BSS Unit mean?

    Apologies for the late reply, I'm GMT +2.
     
    BSS units are essentially stock items that arrive in boxes (10 units per box), and are sold to clients as only boxes. However, boxes can be opened when samples are given to customers. These singles are not sold, but given. But, when it comes to selling items to customers, if there are only 7 units available in, the system will automatically round it up to 10 and sell it as a box item, ignoring the singles. The singles (samples) do not appear on the customer invoices.
