Try putting a unique field in your import file in lookup reference.

Refer this link for details: exploringxrm.wordpress.com/.../resolving-duplicate-lookup-references-in-import-process

Had you changed import file to have values in lookup columns from this field?

Can you check failure rows in your import and correct them than. Probably they do not resolve to any entity.

    Hi Ramakanta,

As Deepesh mentioned you need to use unique field / column for your lookup.

Duplicate lookup reference is coming because you have some records with same name / primary attribute..

if have any unique column for record type X then you can use that or try to get GUID of lookups from database.

Then when creating mapping, you need to specify that unique column..

In my case I have Address entity, and I am mapping Address (Primary key, Name, Address Line) with my csv column field.

In you CSV file, you should have unique value for that column, either custom ID, or you can use CRM guid.

Hope this explanation will help you to import records.
