Hi, we are still using CRM 2011 with an On Premise deployment and email router with Exchange Online outgoing profile. I read that multiple outgoing profiles, with equal number of user using them, could help with performance. We are using a dedicated user in profile configuration:
I am wondering if multiple profiles would help if we use the same user for all of them. How would it work with multiple profiles anyway? Do we get more processes working on mail sending?
