Hi Folks,
Let me give a brief overview(as in below image) of our system before shooting up the question
Location A is already running well with store with online capabilities (offline not needed as its at the same location as AX HQ).
Location B is being setup as a new store at distant location (within same network as Location A). Now, we are trying to configure POS with offline database at Location B at one of the terminals. Provisioning of tables happens all fine but there is no data being synced up to the created offline DB.
(just as a note, it works all fine if the offline database is configured on to the server where Synch services and Store database is placed).
Already tried below troubleshooting steps:-
1. elevated user login(one of the admins of store db) to offline sync services.
2. Turning off the firewalls at store server and POS terminal.
3. turning off antivirus which might be blocking data.
4. Though keeping it with SQL express, but tried with SQL server as well.
5. Turned on tracing for offline services. Creates the log mentioning the scope being synced. No error lines in there.
RetailOfflinesyncLog table at store db remains non-updated with any kind of new lines (means no data being synced up).
I am out of the options now, I'll appreciate all suggestions.
