Hello,

I was trying to set up a buy 3 get 1 free scenario using quantity discount set up in the retail module.

I created a quantity discount with Discount type = 'Discount %' , Minimum Qty = '3.00' and Discount percentage as '100%'

I created a price group and associated to the Quantity disc. Also associated this price group to a customer.

When I created a SO for the same customer with Qty 4 of the selected product, no discount was applied.

What is missing? Any help is appreciated.

Is the user assigned to a call center? This is needed in order to create a retail sales order, which is required for the retail logic to apply.

What MWAT is correct. In addition, what you're creating is really mix and match discount (buy 3 get 1 least expensive free)

Did you activate the price discount at 'sales and marketing - setup - price/discount - Activate price/discount'?
