    Hi, Priya

You can follow the next steps to achieve your request.

    1. Create a new solution. (Go to Advanced Settings > Settings >Solutions)

    2. Add the existing entity ‘Subject’ into it.

    3. Select the solution first in the tool and then select the Subject entity. It can be found in the list now.

Then you can export the data of Subject normally.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Nya

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

I am afraid you won't find the Subject entity in the Migration Tool. This tool loads entities from a solution, however the Subject entity is not part of any solution (even Default Solution).

To export Subjects, you can use Export to Excel plugin of XRM ToolBox:

Another approach is to use OData endpoint to Retrieve, Create, Update or Delete Subjects:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/web-api/subject?view=dynamics-ce-odata-9

Also, you can Import Subjects using Data Import Wizard.
