    Hello Vinod P,

You can try running the GL reconciliation reports.

    GL/Reports/Reconciliation/Customer/Customer.

This Report should show you the voucher creating the difference.

    Hope it helps,

    Ludwig

The customer aging report also has some minor bugs in it.  One that comes to mind that we dealt with recently had to do with some data corruption on CustTrans records, where the last settlement date was different than the most recent date on the associated CustSettlement records.  This cause the report to assume some CustTrans records were closed at the time of the customer aging report, when they actually were not, thus throwing off the total balances.

    Hi Vinod P,

The customer reconciliation report should give you the voucher that caused the difference (simply select the differences only and the details Checkbox when running the Report).

If you have the voucher, you can then search for it in GL/inquiries via the voucher posting form.

If you have this form opened you can drill down to the origin of the transaction, take a look at the one who recorded the voucher and so on which is the first step that you Need to do before you can correct your voucher that causes you the trouble.

    Regards,

    Ludwig
