Issues with custom business process flow

Hi,

I’m looking for help regarding my issue with custom business process flow. Maybe someone had a similar issue.

Several users reported strange behavior of business process flow when they navigate to record from the link  (from email notification).

Users see the process as in the last stage :

But the user should actually see this :

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue and when navigating to record, the process is shown correctly.

    Hi Partner,

    Please check the following points.

    1.Compare the record url with correct one and strange one.

    2.Check if there is any JS,workflow,business rule or plug-in related to this entity about its BPF.

    3.If you open the same record in entity list, dose its BPF on other stage, not the latest stage?

    Strangely the issue was very simple, Business process flow was "finished". Some users after "Next Step" also clicked "Finish". I  guess it also has to do with b.p. flow structure as some users don't have rights to specific fields that are used in further steps.
