This looks like an issue with a 3rd party plugin or custom workflow activity (the name is in the error message). You'll probably need to contact the 3rd party you got the plugin from to diagnose this further, or you could disable / deactivate any plugin steps or workflows that use this

As the error mentions, the issue is coming from a 3rd party customization. Depending of the action that you are doing to get the error you can take different approaches.
You could start by creating a copy of the form and disabling any BPF or Business Rule. Then, if the issue is still happening, disable workflows, if the issue continues, disable all the custom plugins.
This will help you to isolate the issue.
IF you find that the issue is coming from a plugin, you can enable plugin logs.
