During the customer order creation in POS, if the order creation is taking a long time because the call to HQ is slow, then the cashier is currently stuck as they see a spinning icon on POS and occasionally, they get time out error to which they can just retry. In such circumstances, after a few retries, we see customers trying to reactivate the POS, which can result in inconsistent data between POS channel and HQ. What do you think of having an option for the store managers to 'Force conclude' the order, which will complete the order asynchronously (i.e., without waiting for the order to be created in HQ), but the cashier/store manager can optionally cancel it from POS immediately and return the customer's deposit, if any?

  1.  We absolutely need this in POS
  2.  This will be good to have, but not very important.
  3.  We do not see a need for this capability.
