Do you know if and how we can add a table in the reference table of the Default Description?
I would like to add a field from the table Purchase order lines.
Thank you

    Hi,
There is no such standard features, you may have to do custom development to meet your needs. If you don't have a developer, you can enlist the help of a Microsoft partner who will provide you with customized services: Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi,
As Billur said, this is not an OOB feature in the system, and you need to customize to achieve this requirement. Adding a table to the default description's reference table involves customizing the data model and possibly using extended functionality.
    Best Regards,
    Hana
