We are a little concerned that our custom Smart Lists may not transfer over wit hour upgrade from 2010 to 2015. Can anyone verify if they do or don't? We may need to alot more time if not...

Before you drop SmartList Builder, be sure to visit eOne Solution's web site and check out the things you can do with SmartList Builder that you cannot do with SmartList Designer www.eonesolutions.com/.../Overview. There are gobs of features that really make SmartList Builder the star.
Like Matt, I have not had any trouble with my SmartList Builder items nor my regular Favorites. Remember to test it first in a test environment before actually doing it in the live environment. Also, be sure to Export your SmartLists to .xml files so that you have a backup.

If you are going to still be keeping Smartlist Builder then yes, they should. Not sure if you are aware or not but Smartlist Builder is no longer a Microsoft product and went back to eOne, the original creators. So you'll need to get licensing for it through them. We opted not to keep Smartlist Builder and go with the Smartlist Designer that is built in to GP now. Most of our smartlists that were built in SLB were based on SQL views so it was a fairly easy transition.
Any idea if the Smart List Objects from Smart List Builder come over? It's a little different question there...
They do. Just went through a test upgrade from 2010 to 2015 and all smartlist favorites came over with no issue.
There was a known issue with a build of GP 2015 that caused some issues with Smarlists but if you go to the most recent build of GP 2015 it should be resolved. See here for more info: community.dynamics.com/.../draft-known-upgrade-issues-when-upgrading-to-microsoft-dynamics-gp-2015-r2
