Question about CRM Portal Timeline Comment Emails

in an OOTB Timeline shown on a Case Page in CRM Portals, it shows Email twice for both Received and Sent. It's confusing for users since, it looks like it's a duplicate email that has been logged. How can i removed the "Received" email from the timeline and retain the "Sent" one? Any thoughts?
