I am setting up a prospective vendor registration request workflow according to the below path:

System administration->Setup->Workflows->User Workflows

And, I need to setup a condition in the workflow by the Business Area, If the Business area of the vendor is Material, it shall seek a different flow compared to the other Business area “Services”. Is this is possible?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Dena,

    You can set up a condition in the workflow, then have approval steps per outcome. I'm not sure if the Business area is directly available as field in the workflow document. If not, this can be added as customization.

    Thanks for your response. But, can you elaborate more on the customization?
