I am getting numerous of these msgs on my server that is hosting the CRM Email Router (2011). How do I see what/where these msgs are and correct them so I can get rid of these warnings?

The reason for this might also be that there is no information about the bcc address in the message header of the email so the email router is not able to match based on the bcc.

The same is true if you promote emails from Outlook to CRM

You can do a workaround by making an incoming email rule that redirects your incoming email where your email address is only in the bcc field to you mailbox.

This way your email address appears in the to field, and the promotion of the email works.

The rule would look something like the image below.

Thank you M.Adeel. I too found that Microsoft article, however, we are not utilizing queues in our environment so I'm not sure hoe that could come into play.

Try the following if it works:

In Email Router Settings make following changes:

Configuration Profiles tab (Incoming profile) (Advanced tab has default settings):

    Location Server: http://mail.companyname.com (OWA)

Configuration Profiles tab (Outgoing profile) (Advanced tab has default settings):

    Location Server: exchangeservername

    Deployments tab:

    MIcrosoft Dynamics CRM server: servername:5555/company_name

    Hello,

Here the event ID - 35241 tells that -

When e-mail messages for Microsoft Dynamics CRM are received, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router does not create the e-mail messages in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM queue

    Reference - support.microsoft.com/.../921193

    For a similar issue - social.microsoft.com/.../emails-not-coming-into-queue

    I hope this helps.

    Thank You !

it is bcc related issue . B/c router unable to read bbc value , for this create new rule in outlook.
