Good evening,

I need place a different logo for three different companies in SOP Invoice, how do that.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Hi Mr. Garcia,

There are 2 options:

- you customize the regular SOP Blank Report in GP with Report writer and save the customization to create a different REPORTS.DIC file for each of your companies (which implies to use 3 different lauch files for the GP client DYNAMICS.SET)

- You switch your GP SOP report output to the Word Templates, which would allow you to define a different report to use for each company and deal only with one lauch file for all the companies.

Be aware that currently there is a bug in the Web Client that doesn't support the Word Templates with customized logos to print.. But as long as your using the full GP client, you should be fine.

Hi Mr. Garcia,

Are these separate companies within GP? If not another option is to use the various forms for each "company". ie Blank = Company A, Short = Company B, Long = Company C, Other = Company D.

We operate several DBAs out of one GP company and this is how we have made cosmetic changes to each report to reflect the appropriate division.

Hi

You can use different SOP report formats for each company. There are 4 to select from that will allow 4 logos fairly easily.
