
I have a client who uses GP workflow to approve timesheets entered via Employee Self Service. They are on GP 2015R2 Their payroll processor had the ability to approve any timesheet that was not approved due to a manager missing it, but after the year end update was applied, she no longer had that ability. She can see and open the timesheet, but the buttons to Approve/Reject or Delegate are no longer there. Is there something that the year end update could have changed to cause that? What should I look for to troubleshoot this. I have verified that she is the Alternate Final approver on the Workflow setup and she is also set up with ESS Manager role in security.
Anything else I can look for?
