Synchronize Data between two systems

Posted on by 190

Hello,

we are using a ticket management system for our customers and we want to synchronize data between this system and out Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premise environment, so that all of our contacts are stored in the associated system. My question, is there any interface in CRM that is able to suits our concern? Do you have any experiences?

Thank you very much.

    Hi Maurice,

I am not sure what ticketing system you are using, but that is somewhat irrelevant, except for the fact or how you will be retrieving your data from that system.

This is a one directional sync, correct?

SSIS seems like a good choice to move the data over if you can access the data in the ticketing system.

I think I would probably use a similar approach to what you want, and implement as an SSIS package with Kingswaysoft, or you can use Scribe as well if you want.

The other question is do you need this to be real-time or not. If not, just create scheduled jobs to get the data. If it does require real-time, you will have to have some triggers to execute your SSIS package when changes occur.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

You could use Scribe or SSIS + Kingswaysoft in order to achieve your requirements.
