Case can be created for Empty Email Content?

Hi,

We have configured Dynamics 365 in such manner to create case automatically based on email received to mailbox.

But We are facing trouble like if customer sends email without content in body and have only subject, then case is not created in the Dynamics 365 CRM.

We can handle this issue? please guide me on the same.

    Are you using the custom workflow or automatic record creation rule?

    Nevertheless you can check the workflow status under system job (both types will appear) to see what happen.
