Management reporter doesn't show all years

I have an employee who can't view current base year 2015 in management reporter while others can. So under report definitions -> reports tab -> Company name: drop down list ->using "@ANY" this employee can only view base year: up to 2014; however, if she drops to specific companies she can view 2015 for all the ones closed in GP but not the ones open. Why can others view "@ANY" up to 2015 for all companies and she can't?

What type of user did you set this individual as? (Generator, Designer, Administrator, or Viewer)

You can try recreating the individual in MR then rebuilding the Data Mart.

Thanks for your response. The user is a designer. I'll look into your suggestion thanks. Is this a fairly simple process?
