My organisation has recently been upgraded to CRM 2013. Since the upgrade the display of account notes has been causing problems: the scroll bar keeps jumping around all over the place. When the account first loads the focus of the notes is (correctly) the most recent note entry. As a salesperson attempts to work however, the focus keeps going back to the notes at various points, ultimately settling at some place about three-quarters through the notes history. I believe this may be related to the notes still loading, but I can’t find anything to limit or control this in the customisations interface and it appears to be a problem even on accounts without extensive notes to load – which is totally throwing me!
How do I stop the notes a) taking the focus on the account load/open action and b) the scroll bar jumping around and get it to stay on the most recent entry even if it’s still loading?
