This error typically indicates an internal server issue between Business Central and Dataverse. Here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve it:
Check Permissions: Ensure the user account used for the connection has sufficient permissions in both Business Central and Dataverse. Specifically, the account needs D365 Business Central Virtual Table permissions in Dataverse and the appropriate access in Business Central.

Review Business Central API Setup: Go to API Setup in Business Central to confirm that all necessary endpoints are correctly configured. Ensure that each required API (like purchaseOrder) is enabled.

Verify OAuth Settings: Double-check that OAuth authentication is correctly configured. Sometimes, a mismatched or expired OAuth token can lead to a 500 error. Reauthenticate the connection if needed.
Check Business Central Version: Some versions of Business Central might have bugs that affect Dataverse connections. Ensure your environment is on the latest update.
