Yes we already have that set to on.
We custom added it back in for the 10.0.24.
This fixed the issue of being able to add a product to an exchange as was previously blocked. That also allowed a GIVEX gift card to be added to issue as was also being blocked.
Originally the error was being thrown at the point of trying to add the mode of delivery.
We have upgrades the CSU to version 9.34.22063.8 to try and fix the issue against logged issue: 619143
I think the issue has been referred to Product Team for review - this is why the question was if by design was it only allowing Pay and Take on the exchange as that seemed to work through fine.
as a summary I have 3 issues linked to this:
- the above where it doesn't like any Mode of Delivery that is not Pay and Take
- the cash calculation on the amount due is not calculated correctly - there was a fix for that applied but again only worked with Pay and Take
- I think the auto charges being refundable / non-refundable as part of the exchange transactions are not being respected - difficult to confirm in testing at the moment as the basket values are not correct at the calculation point.
Please note I have not tested the exchanges through Adyen yet, using simple cash at the moment, and also we are fulfilling from store setup with shipped orders passing to D365HQ for Warehouse Management dispatch - but I will test through using the store fulfillment logic. DOM is not enabled.
