Hi, my user has the Edit in Excel button disappear in General Journal.

The button only disappear in this page and the issue only happen to 1 user account

How should I help my user make this button appear again?

Hi, this situation is a bit strange. As far as I know, there is no way to hide the Edit in Excel action on a page. We can only control it with permissions.

So make sure the user has permission and is accessing the correct company.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.
