we just recently switched to tsys, i have 3 locations. 2 of the locations are settling out properly. one location is settle out, they show they have successfully settled out but my processor has received no batch and shows no settlement. I have not received any deposits due to this error. We are using EDC to settle.
Can anyone please help or advise?
